There's a curiosity that has stayed with me forever: understanding how things work, finding their logic, their mechanism. For years I applied it to the digital world, until I felt that same curiosity could look elsewhere too — toward something more subtle, that machines couldn't quite bring into focus.
That's how I discovered holism: looking at the person not as a sum of symptoms to correct one by one, but as a single, synergistic system, where body, mind, environment and energy constantly influence each other. Naturopathy is giving me the tools to read this system — plants, Bach flower remedies, radiesthesia, listening to signals the body sends long before they become full-blown symptoms — with the same patience as someone tracking down the cause of a bug, not settling for just fixing its effect. That's why I'm building my foundations calmly, across two training schools and a study that will never stop.

I study in parallel at two schools with very different approaches, which intertwine and complement each other more than I expected at the start.
At the Scuola di Metaerboristeria (School of Meta-Herbalism), in Florence, since 2024, the focus is the plant world: botany and plant physiology, herbal lab work, Bach flower remedies, essential oils, wild food foraging. There's also a more experiential and symbolic side — forest therapy, astrology, spagyrics, ethnobotany and traditional folk medicine — which taught me to look at plants beyond their purely clinical use.
At the Accademia Quantica (Quantum Academy), in Rome, since 2026, the program has a psycho-energetic focus: it starts from solid scientific foundations — anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, physics — before opening up to clinical naturopathic approaches (homeopathy, herbal medicine, oligotherapy), traditional medicine systems like TCM and Ayurveda, and energy-assessment techniques like iridology and reflexology. There's also room for relational skills — active listening, session management — which I consider just as central as the technical knowledge.
I've worked with several real cases as a consultant, always applying the same method: complete data gathering, defining clinical priorities, then the protocol — with clinical evidence, tradition and hypothesis always kept separate and clearly stated.
Before these two schools, a couple of shorter paths paved the way. With Scienza e Arte della Salute (Science and Art of Health, Marcello Pamio) I explored natural hygiene, empirical medicine, nutrition and biodecoding — a way of reading symptoms as messages, not just problems to fix. And then Electro-geobiology, which is probably where my two worlds touch most closely: it's about clearing a home of electromagnetic and geopathic pollution, from detecting Hartmann grid lines to shielding against WiFi and antennas, and even room layout.
